Health Care FSA What does it cover? Reimburses all qualified medical expenses including primary medical, dental and vision expenses. Who does it help? A great alternative to an HSA for those who do not have an HDHP plan. Dependent Care FSA Assists with qualified childcare expenses, available to all eligible Team Members with dependent children. DISABILITY Short Term Disability (STD) We provide STD coverage at no cost to you. You are eligible for STD coverage the first day of the month following 30 days from your date of hire. If you are not able to work due to a disability, we provide basic STD coverage equal to 60% of your pre-disability earnings to a maximum of $1,000 per week for eleven (11) weeks. Benefits from the STD plan are payable as of the 15th day following the onset of your disability. The premium is paid 100% by KCM. Long Term Disability (LTD) Coverage provides up to 66.67% of your pre-disability earnings up to a $10,500 monthly maximum. Benefits from LTD plan begin after 90 days of disability with a maximum benefit period until normal Social Security Retirement You will be eligible for benefits after 90 days of an approved disability. The premium is paid 100% by KCM. YOUR RESOURCES STD Benefit Summary LTD Benefit Summary RETIREMENT KCM is pleased to provide a traditional 401(k) as well as a Roth 401(k) to our Team Members. Team Members are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan the first of the month following 90 days of full-time employment. KCM will contribute to your 401(k) after you have completed one year of service. The KCM match is a contribution of 20% of your annual contribution, up to 5% of your annual compensation, calculated per pay period. You will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) Plan at a default amount of 2% of your salary.
